Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, including all branded packaging and authenticity certificates.

Pack Your Frames
Securely place the eyewear in its original hard case and designer box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and booklets are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Post
Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
